Welcome to my world ,

My name is Helen C. Dixon and I am a Sculptor and Ceramist of 20 years experience. I sculpt, make moulds of, and cast my own range of Greenmen and other outdoor sculpture inspired by my love and fascination of all ancient and mysterious imagery.

As a ceramist I make a range of sculptural work, inspired by the nude form, as well as a selection of ceramic buttons.

And most especially I sculpt and make moulds to commission. In past years I have sculpted full size adult, children, babies and St Bernard dog statues, as well as sundials, De Morgan fish, Agaves and 3 ft Pinecones. Life as a sculptor is never dull!

I hope to be creating an archive of some of my more interesting commissions as time permits, but you can check out my blog now and see what is currently on my bench.

My hours of opening are usually Tuesday-Sunday 10.30-6pm, but I would strongly recommend a phone call to check beforehand as I may be working off site, or popped out on an errand.
